About Me

I have over 10 years of experience as a Creative Designer and currently work at HBO Max as a Full Stack Designer, where I get to do what I love most—design and code. Front-end development has been a favorite of mine since my school days, and it’s still the most rewarding part of my work, especially when I’m solving complex, hands-on challenges.

When I’m not designing or coding, I enjoy taking dance classes as a creative escape. It’s a different way for me to express myself, stay inspired, and recharge outside of the digital space.

About
A cinematic landing page designed for A Minecraft Movie based on the video game Minecraft.

Process & Result
The goal was to create an engaging impression that captures the excitement of the film while remaining visually true to the Minecraft universe. Since the movie was based on a video game, there were lots of fun elements to work on but blending the game’s iconic pixel style was the main look & feel I wanted to deliver. By incorporating the retro elements and animations, the page highlights the movie’s story, characters, and release details to draw in viewers and increase CVR with new subscribers.

Full Stack Designer Logo

Role & Skills
Creative Design

About
A logo design for my team - Full Stack Designers at HBO Max.

Process & Result
I wanted to create something that represents full stack designers — someone who is not only capable of designing but also coding. There was a term for designers like this - an Unicorn Designer and so I started to focused on creating unicorn variations, including one with a geometric line style and another inspired by origami, bringing in a handcrafted feel with a human touch.

Pennyworth

Role & Skills
Front-end Development

About
This landing page highlights my front-end development work for the series Pennyworth that was designed by an external agency.

Process & Result
Using the provided designs, I translated the visual concept into a fully responsive, high-fidelity website. I also used Adobe Premiere Pro to transform a static image into a warping video background in the characters section for visual enhancements. My role focused on accurate implementation, clean and maintainable code, and ensuring the experience performed consistently across devices and browsers.

The Nevers

Role & Skills
Front-end Development

About
A landing page that features the series The Nevers.

Process & Result
Using the provided visual designs from another deisgner, I translated the concept into a responsive website while staying true to the original design vision. It was built with precise implementation, clean and scalable code, and ensuring the experience remained consistent across devices and browsers.

Vudu

Role & Skills
Banner Ads Design
Animations

About
A webpage showcased different animated banner mock ups I created for VUDU.

Process & Result
VUDU was looking for creative banners that would help them acquire new customers to subscribe their service. Since the main audience will be new customers, raising the brand awareness is the key. I wanted to make these banners interactive and animated so it will leave a stronger impression to the potential customers. The clients were very happy to see the creatives and decided to move forward with the Search Banner. These banners are created using an internal company tool that allows us to create animated banners without the need to code.

Digital Email Marketing

About
Who doesn't love traditional chocolate? A west coast client that I designed for their weekly newsletter.

Process & Result
Bi-weekly creative discussions with client on how we can deliver the simple but straight forward messaging to readers.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom

Role & Skills
UI/UX Design

About
A landing page that features the latest movie of Aquaman.

Process & Result
Inspired by Aquaman's underwater worlds, the layout features luminous color accents, water reflection elements, as well as the gold accents taken from the Trident of Neptune.

True Detective:
The Night Country

Role & Skills
UI/UX Design
Front-end Development

About
This landing page concept captures the chilling atmosphere and psychological depth of the latest season of True Detective: The Night Country.

Process & Result
After reviewing the show’s press copy and various creative materials - from subway posters to billboards, I wanted to create a cold ambiance that mirrors the series’ frozen landscape and haunting narrative. I used a dominant blue and black tone throughout the landing page, added snow and frosted effects to highlight the show’s Alaska setting.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire

Role & Skills
UI/UX Design
Front-end Development

About
This landing page concept brings the epic scale and intensity of Godzilla vs. Kong to the web.

Process & Result
Since Godzilla and Kong are enormous in the movies, I wanted to bring that same sense of scale to the webpage with a hero section featuring dramatic key art overlapping the main navigation. The biggest challenge was balancing the pink and purple colors from the key art while maintaining WCAG color contrast. Other accessibility items when built in mind includes keyboard navigation and screen-reader support for all users.

Max 404 Page

Role & Skills
Creative Design
UI/UX Design

About
A series of playful and visually engaging 404 pages with Warner Bros. branding.

Process & Result
On rare occasions, when a user lands on a 404 page, it often leads to frustration. I wanted to turn that frustration into a smooth user experience that leaves a memorable impression and shows that Warner Bros. cares about every little detail. Instead of presenting a dull, dead-end screen, the design uses friendly visuals, clear messaging, and interactive elements to guide users back into the site smoothly.

About
With Criteo Retargeting Ads, there are a couple limitations when it comes to creative banners. One of my clients at Criteo who came to me and showed what they were running with our competitors. My goal was to demonstrate how I can do the banners in a similar way but with better results.

Process & Result
I first created a banner that looks similar to the competitor's and created couple more versions of what I think is the best in terms of performance. After a few rounds of revision with creative approval, we ran a Head to Head test with the competitor and the result was positive that this banner brought more performance than their previous one.

About
In a global company, there are lots of great local initiatives that are built by the local teams, however, often times we don’t know that they exists. This team collaboration project serves as a central hub of all the local tools where users can search with keywords, save their favorite tools, provide a library of code and a secure server to help start building local initiatives.

Process & Result
We first identified and sorted the criteria of the possibilities of each tool, including the type of users, the type of tools (efficient vs. troubleshooting) and its status. We incorporated a news page for releases/newly launched tools and a user page to review the tools they built and marked as favorite. It was rolled out globally and more than 250+ local initiatives were migrated to tilt.
